Please note that by filling out and submitting a Sample Order Form you are placing an order with PLM Cosmetics. An invoice for remittance of payment will be sent to your email address immediately once the Sample Order Form is received by an authorized P.L.M Cosmetics Distributor.

Payment for sample orders are due on the same day that the Sample Order Form is sent. Do not submit a Sample Order Form if you are not prepared to remit payment. All invoices that are not paid for within 24 hours are cancelled for non-payment.

A follow up email regarding your sample order will be sent to you immediately after the invoice has been sent. Please submit all questions, prior to placing your order, to our customer service department at salesdept@private-label-minerals.com.

International customers should submit all sample requests along with their full address directly to our customer service department at salesdept@private-label-minerals.com so that we can get an accurate shipping quote for your order.
